What happens if SOS is pressed?

If something unexpected happens, help is just one button press away.

When SOS is triggered:

  • The device automatically begins calling your chosen emergency contacts (added via our app or website)
  • If the first person doesn’t answer, it moves to the next — and continues in order
  • Contacts can press 1 to accept or 0 to reject, ensuring a real person actively confirms they are responding (Our system detects voicemail and no response)
  • The system completes a full escalation cycle at least three times
  • If nobody answers, the system automatically escalates to our admin support team — so no emergency is ever ignored

Everyone connected to the device receives instant alerts, and authorised users can call the pendant directly to speak with the wearer until help arrives.
